Our meter readings are a flat R10 per meter. Eskom bill allocation and individual unit invoicing are a separate service, priced to suit each complex – so you only pay for what you need.
METER READINGS
R10 per meter / per month
Every meter identified by its QR code, photographed and read. You receive an Excel reading report for the complex showing each unit's previous reading, current reading, consumption, and when and by whom it was read.

Good to know
How long is the setup free?
For everyone who signs up from now until 28 February 2027. If you sign up after that, a once-off R25 per meter setup fee is added to your first month (R35 per meter in total), then it's the standard R10 per meter per month.
What do I need to send you?
Your complex details: units, meters and the billing rules from your managing agent's Excel file.
Do you install the QR codes?
Yes – on site across the Upper Highway, Kloof and Hillcrest area. Outside this area, on-site setup is quoted on request, or we can post your QR codes to you.
What happens after setup?
Your reader scans and photographs each meter. When all meters are read, click Export – the billing is done.
